Masonry Magic is a powerful, eco-friendly oil stain remover designed to lift grease and grime from concrete, masonry, aged asphalt and pavers. Biodegradable and non-toxic, it's trusted by commercial and residential users across New Zealand. It's unique ingredients work by wicking the stains from the surface as it dries - so using it in the right conditions makes all the difference (if your wet washing would dry then Masonry Magic should too).

How to Use Masonry Magic

  • Make sure the temperature is at least 15C and no rain is expected
  • Use brush or broom to scrub the area, and test on a small area first
  • Apply neat and spread an even coating across the stain area
  • Leave in the heat of the day for at least 4 hours to dry, but preferably longer
  • Brush off the fine dry powder or wash away with water
  • Repeat if needed as it may not remove everything first time
  • Avoid applying if humidity is high as this will impact the all important drying process
  • For indoor use additional heating or ventilation may be required to help it dry properly

Didn't do what quoted

Hi Greg, we're sorry to hear this didn't work as well as you expected as we've had many happy users over the years. We think it may be that you were using it indoors and that the temperature wasn't warm enough to let Masonry Magic dry as it would outside - this is important as it's the drying & wicking that removes the stains. Used it twice now on my garage floor and has removed minor blemishes but not oil stains

Hi Glenn, sorry to hear Masonry Magic hasn't fully removed your stains - could it be that the temparature inside your garage was too low? The magic in this peoduct happens when it dries out so if it's too cold and the process is quite slow it may not work as well as outside.
